I’m passionate about helping women and people of color navigate life’s challenges while building confidence, healing, and learning to truly embrace who they are. I strive to create a supportive space where clients feel comfortable showing up fully as themselves. Whether you’re experiencing anxiety, depression, self-esteem struggles, bullying, relationship concerns, or workplace stress, my goal is to help you feel supported, empowered, and understood.

My approach is warm, relatable, and down-to-earth. I believe therapy should feel like a safe space for honest conversations, personal growth, healing, and even a little laughter when needed. I enjoy helping clients work through people-pleasing, self-doubt, unhealthy relationship patterns, workplace stress, and the pressure of carrying so much on their own. Together, we’ll focus on building confidence, setting healthy boundaries, and helping you move through life with greater clarity, balance, and self-assurance.
