About Christa Stow Hill, M.A.

Christa Hill is a Psychology Associate at Orchard Mental Health Group, focusing exclusively on psychological and neuropsychological assessments for children, adolescents, and adults. Whether you’re exploring questions related to autism or ADHD, preparing for a surgical procedure (such as bariatric surgery or a spinal cord stimulator), facing memory or cognitive concerns, or seeking diagnostic clarification, Christa offers thorough, respectful, and neurodiversity-affirming evaluations.

Christa works collaboratively with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to translate complex assessment findings into clear, actionable insights. Her approach recognises that assessment isn’t about labelling, it’s about understanding how you think, feel, and function in the world.

    About Me

You’ve been trying to hold it all together, but lately it feels like the weight of everything is catching up with you. Maybe anxiety keeps you up at night, or sadness makes even the simple things feel heavy. You might feel lost, disconnected from who you are, or unsure of where you’re headed. If you’re tired of going through the motions and ready to feel more grounded in mind, body, and soul, therapy can help.

In our work together, you’ll find a space where you can slow down, breathe, and begin to make meaning of what you’ve been carrying. My approach is warm, compassionate, and collaborative, inviting you to take an active role in your healing while knowing you don’t have to do it alone. Drawing from existential therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and person-centered therapy, I help clients reconnect with their values, explore their purpose, and build the courage to live in alignment with what truly matters.

I believe transformation happens when we bring awareness to every part of our experience, and discovering how to respond to life with clarity and confidence. Together, we’ll explore what’s been holding you back and nurture the strengths that will move you forward toward fulfillment.

If you’re ready to begin this journey, I’d love to walk alongside you.

        About Me (she/her/hers)

My name is Meghan and I view my therapy work as a collaboration, in which we work together to address your concerns and help you to thrive. I prioritize compassion and creating a safe space, with special attention to fostering comfort and support for multifaceted and intersectional identities and experiences.

I believe that each client requires a unique and individually tailored approach to therapy; therefore, I offer an integrative and eclectic framework in my psychotherapeutic interventions that allows space and support for multifaceted and intersecting mental health concerns.

As a baseline, I take a trauma-informed approach with each client; this is because traumas, larger or small, tend to intertwine with our other mental health experiences. Depending on individual concerns, I might use psychodynamic, expressive, or narrative approaches to help us both better understand how your formative or developmental experiences relate to any current mental health concerns; simultaneously, I tend to employ evidence-based, solution-focused therapies to provide a practical approach for tackling current concerns that impact your day-to-day life. Most importantly, I will work with you using interventions that best suit your needs and preferences; for example, if you are more of a writer or an artist rather than a person who processes experiences verbally, we can use therapeutic methods that highlight these tactics.

I am passionate about my therapeutic work and enjoy meeting folks wherever they are along their journey in working towards living a happy and fulfilling life.
