About Me
Starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially when you’re not sure where to begin or how to put what you’re feeling into words. My goal is to create a space where you can take a breath, be yourself, and know that you don’t have to have everything figured out before walking through the door.
I work with children ages 8 and older, teens, young adults, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, self-esteem, relationships, identity, and the everyday stress that can come with simply trying to keep everything together. I have a particular passion for supporting individuals who may have felt misunderstood, overlooked, or like they’ve had to carry too much on their own.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to you. Therapy with me isn’t about sitting across from someone who simply nods and takes notes. We’ll talk, reflect, laugh when appropriate, challenge patterns that may no longer serve you, and develop practical tools you can use outside of our sessions. Whether you’re looking for support for yourself, your child, your relationship, or your family, you don’t need to know exactly what to say when you arrive. We can start wherever you are.
I offer individual, couples, and family therapy through in-person, virtual, and hybrid appointments, so we can find an approach that fits your needs and lifestyle.
