I’m passionate about helping women and people of color navigate life’s challenges while building confidence, healing, and learning to truly embrace who they are. I strive to create a supportive space where clients feel comfortable showing up fully as themselves. Whether you’re experiencing anxiety, depression, self-esteem struggles, bullying, relationship concerns, or workplace stress, my goal is to help you feel supported, empowered, and understood.

My approach is warm, relatable, and down-to-earth. I believe therapy should feel like a safe space for honest conversations, personal growth, healing, and even a little laughter when needed. I enjoy helping clients work through people-pleasing, self-doubt, unhealthy relationship patterns, workplace stress, and the pressure of carrying so much on their own. Together, we’ll focus on building confidence, setting healthy boundaries, and helping you move through life with greater clarity, balance, and self-assurance.

      A Sense of Mattering

Mattering is the profound recognition that our lives are intertwined with each other and more connected than we think. To matter signifies that our thoughts, actions, feelings and choices have a lasting impact, leaving a trace and/or legacy behind us, in the next generation passed down through our children.

      The Strength of Spirituality

Although religion and spirituality have been synonymous throughout history, in the last couple of decades spirituality has detached itself as a separate entity and therefore can sometimes be overlooked. As this distinction has become more apparent, research has grown to show the benefits of spirituality in an individual’s health.

      Letting Go

What does it mean to let go? How do we do it? What are the benefits of letting go? I hope that these questions will spark a curiosity in us to search for these answers because letting go can be a tremendous life skill in our growth, in our lives, and our relationships. Similar to spring cleaning, if there are emotional and mental loads that no longer serve us well, we can begin to let go.
