About Me

I received my Masters of Social Work from the University of Maryland. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Maryland, DC, and Virginia. I am also Internal Family Systems Level 1 trained. I understand that every person is unique and so is their therapy journey. My job as a therapist is to meet clients in their space.

My experience includes individual, group, couple’s, and family therapy. Therapy may include skills building; however, my true passion lies with supporting others towards a positive view of self. Life has many challenges which may lead to clients feeling stuck. I aim to provide a space where clients can confidently define their paths forward.

I utilize many different interventions including, but not limited to, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI).

      Client Feedback

My session with Pam today was especially helpful. I have a granddaughter going through a gender crisis. Pam explained and helped answer a lot of my questions. As she pointed out, we might not get the answers we’re looking for. But, as long as we offer them unconditional love and acceptance we don’t have to fully understand. We just have to be there for them without judgement.

Dr. Pam had helped me so much! When talking to other people about their therapeutic process, I can see how her approach helps me make lasting changes so I can work towards being self-reliant. I always recommend [OMH’s] practice to anyone looking for therapy help.
