FRIENDLY REMINDERS

Late Arrivals, Cancellations, No-Shows & Dismissals

While clients may cancel or reschedule an appointment at any time for any reason, we do charge a fee, which varies by appointment type, if you

  • cancel less than 48 business hours (excluding Fridays after 5pm ET and weekends) prior to your session OR

  • fail to show up to your appointment without cancellation notice.

We charge a fee because whenever a session is canceled without adequate notice, we are unable to fill this time slot by offering it to another current client, a client on the waitlist, or a client with a clinical emergency.

2025 Deductibles

Please note that most insurance deductibles will renew on January 1, 2025.

Additionally, OMHG collects $75 towards deductibles at the time of service and bills the rest once the claim is processed.
