About Me

I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) who uses a client-centered approach to therapy, providing individual counseling to children (8+), adolescents, and adults. I believe it is the therapist’s role to collaborate with you wherever you are in your life through a strength-based, integrative approach in order to facilitate understanding, explore concerns, and empower you to make the changes you want to see in your life. I incorporate cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, acceptance and commitment (ACT), and mindfulness approaches to therapy. My areas of interest include treating anxiety, depression, addressing life changes, stress management, and relationship/communication issues. As an LGBTQ+ ally, I am also trained in providing LGBTQ+ affirming care.

I graduated from Loyola University Maryland with a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology and Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. My clinical experience includes working with clients in school and outpatient community mental health settings, private practice, training in counseling victims of domestic violence and vocational consulting.

    About Me

’m a licensed psychologist with a clinical health specialization from Drexel University in Philadelphia. Optimal well-being and quality of life are primary goals of therapy. Problems are explored and understood through a holistic perspective that considers biological, emotional, spiritual, and interpersonal/relational characteristics of an individual. I also work with area hospitals performing bariatric surgical psychological evaluations.

I strive to create a supportive space where clients feel comfortable showing up fully as themselves. Whether you’re experiencing anxiety, depression, self-esteem struggles, bullying, relationship concerns, or workplace stress, my goal is to help you feel supported, empowered, and understood.

My approach is warm, relatable, and down-to-earth. Together, we’ll focus on building confidence, setting healthy boundaries, and helping you move through life with greater clarity, balance, and self-assurance.
