About Me

We live life in relationship with others, often focusing on their needs. Sometimes, we lose sight of ourselves, resulting in feeling overwhelmed, stressed, and self-critical. I invite you to take a “time-out” from the chaos of life and focus on YOU. Let’s address the challenges you may be facing at home, work, or school, and within your romantic, friend, and family relationships. I have experience working with adolescents, young adults, adults, couples, and families addressing a range of mental health issues.

Creating a non-judgmental space for clients to feel heard and understood is the foundation of my treatment. I balance practical skill building, utilizing client strengths with addressing the emotional needs of each client. I specialize in working with adolescents, young adults, and adults to address symptoms of anxiety and depression. I am skilled in several evidence based therapeutic modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solutions focused therapy, and family systems therapy. Additionally, I utilize psychoeducation and mindfulness. I received my Masters of Arts in Counseling with a concentration in Marriage, Couple, and Family Counseling from Messiah College.
