About Me
Hi, my name is Sarah (she/her). I am a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW). I received my Master’s in Social Work from University of Maryland, Baltimore and my undergraduate Social Work degree from University of Maryland, Baltimore County. I have experience counseling children, adolescents, and families in the areas of mood disorders, behavioral issues, communication skills, learning disabilities, and more.
My process values all parts of your life and utilizes our therapeutic relationship to build trust and security. My focus is helping clients overcome stress, trauma, and other challenges in order to further develop self-awareness, self-confidence, and boundaries for healthy relationships. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and somatic approaches in my practice. I look forward to working with you toward meeting your goals.
