I received a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from McDaniel College. I have a background in crisis counseling and worked individually with people to support their long-term goals and continued growth. My approach is a mixture of Person-Centered Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with the core values of empathy, authenticity, and unconditional positive regard.

I am comfortable providing support for a variety of topics such as life transitions, stress management, interpersonal relationships, anxiety, depression, and everything in between. I love traveling, reading (all genres), and I enjoy animals. I currently have two dogs and a rabbit. I also love learning about the passions and hobbies of others, I look forward to building meaningful connections with clients.
