About Me
Reaching out for therapy can feel vulnerable, overwhelming, or even uncertain. You don’t have to have everything figured out before you begin. Therapy can be a space where you slow down, feel heard without judgment, and begin making sense of what you’re experiencing; one step at a time.
Our work together is rooted in the belief that you already possess the capacity for growth and healing. My role is not to tell you who you should become, but to help you develop greater awareness of yourself so you can reconnect with the strengths, wisdom, and answers that are already within you. Using a client-centered, holistic mind-body approach, I integrate evidence-based therapeutic approaches to support meaningful, lasting change. Together, we’ll explore not only your thoughts and emotions, but also how your body, relationships, values, and life experiences shape your well-being. I earned my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from George Washington University and also hold Master’s degree in Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology, bringing an integrative perspective that supports the whole person.
My experience includes working with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, life transitions, and perinatal mental health, as well as supporting children and families in school and home-based settings. Above all, I believe therapy is a collaborative relationship built on trust, compassion, and authenticity. If you’re ready to create space for growth, greater self-understanding, and meaningful change, I would be honored to walk alongside you with curiosity, grace, and care.
