About Me

I am a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC) in Maryland with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I work with adolescents ages 15 and older and adults who experience anxiety, overthinking, emotional overwhelm, relationship difficulties, life transitions, or challenges related to ADHD and trauma.

I believe therapy is a collaborative journey toward greater self-understanding, emotional balance, and meaningful change. My approach is relational and person-centered, integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, and somatic practices. Together, we explore patterns that may be keeping you stuck, strengthen your awareness of thoughts and emotions, and develop practical tools to navigate life’s challenges. You can expect a supportive space where you feel heard, respected, and encouraged to discover your own strengths and resources.

I value cultural diversity and recognize how family dynamics, personal identity, life experiences, and relationships shape our well-being. I also welcome conversations about faith, spirituality, and personal values when they are meaningful to you. My goal is to help you build resilience, cultivate healthier relationships, and move toward a more authentic and fulfilling life.

I offer individual, couples, and family counseling through in-person and/or virtual appointments. I look forward to walking alongside you as you work toward greater clarity, connection, and well-being.
