About Me (he/him/his)
Hi! I’m Gage, a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC) in the state of Maryland. Originally from West Virginia, I earned both my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from West Virginia University.
I have a strong passion for supporting men’s mental health and helping individuals navigate major life transitions. While these areas are central to my work, I also enjoy working with a diverse range of clients and presenting concerns.
My counseling approach is holistic, emphasizing the importance of the many interconnected areas of your life. I draw from a variety of evidence-based modalities—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), and Psychodynamic Therapy (PDT)—tailoring my approach to best meet your unique needs and goals.
I view counseling as a collaborative process, where you are the expert of your own life. My role is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space for you to explore, heal, and grow. Whether you’re facing a specific challenge or seeking personal development, I’m here to support you every step of the way.
If you’re ready to begin your journey, I’d be honored to walk alongside you. I look forward to getting to know you!
