About Me

I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 12 years of experience as a psychotherapist. I am dedicated to providing an emotionally safe and empowering environment where clients can explore and address the issues that brought them into counseling. I strive to work collaboratively with clients to help them identify their goals and make the changes in their lives that are meaningful to them.

I earned my Bachelor’s degree from Elizabethtown College and my Master of Social Work from the University of Maryland, Baltimore. I specialize in working with adults who struggle with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, relationship issues, life changes and transitions, grief and loss, trauma, and co-occurring mental health and substance abuse issues. I employ an integrative approach to therapy, utilizing behavioral, cognitive behavioral, humanistic an insight oriented approaches to help people reach their goals. I also work at Johns Hopkins Bayview’s Community Psychiatry Program as a therapist working with individuals with co-occurring disorders and general outpatient clients.



About Me

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and bring 30 years of private practice, along with work from other settings in our community. These settings include, teaching at Anne Arundel Community College in Psychology, Education, and Human Services Departments. They also include work in public, private, and special-need sectors of education.

I have a true passion for listening to people’s stories and goals they have for change. Overall, I am interactive with clients and enjoy creating a safe environment to explore life. I am eclectic in my approach, using Cognitive-Behavioral, Solution-Focused and mindfulness in my work.

About Me

I am a Licensed Master of Social Worker (LMSW) who specializes in Child, Adolescent and Family Therapy through individual & group sessions. I earned my undergraduate degree in Psychology and Disability Studies at Shippensburg University and obtained my graduate degree in Social Work through Temple University.

I enjoy working with kids, teens, parents and families in an accepting and understanding environment to best meet the needs of my clients. I specialize in working with children ages 3 to 12 presenting behavioral challenges as well as persons with ADHD and Autism.

I am a member of the LGBTQIA+ Affirming Care Team as well as the leader of Neurospectacular, a specialized group for kids and tweens. I strongly believe in advocating for my clients, and always acting in their best interests. I look forward to helping your child achieve their goals.

About Me

I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) who uses a client-centered approach to therapy, providing individual counseling to children (8+), adolescents, and adults. I believe it is the therapist’s role to collaborate with you wherever you are in your life through a strength-based, integrative approach in order to facilitate understanding, explore concerns, and empower you to make the changes you want to see in your life. I incorporate cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, acceptance and commitment (ACT), and mindfulness approaches to therapy. My areas of interest include treating anxiety, depression, addressing life changes, stress management, and relationship/communication issues. I graduated from Loyola University Maryland with a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology and Bachelor of Arts in Psychology.
