About Me (he/him/his)

Hi! I’m Gage, a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC) in the state of Maryland. Originally from West Virginia, I earned both my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from West Virginia University.

I have a strong passion for supporting men’s mental health and helping individuals navigate major life transitions. While these areas are central to my work, I also enjoy working with a diverse range of clients and presenting concerns.

My counseling approach is holistic, emphasizing the importance of the many interconnected areas of your life. I draw from a variety of evidence-based modalities—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), and Psychodynamic Therapy (PDT)—tailoring my approach to best meet your unique needs and goals.

I view counseling as a collaborative process, where you are the expert of your own life. My role is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space for you to explore, heal, and grow. Whether you’re facing a specific challenge or seeking personal development, I’m here to support you every step of the way.

If you’re ready to begin your journey, I’d be honored to walk alongside you. I look forward to getting to know you!

    About Me

Hello! I’m Zaynub Siddiqui, a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC) in the state of Maryland. I hold a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Johns Hopkins University.

Personally, I use a holistic approach that values each person as a whole —mind, body, and spirit. It’s my firm believe that everyone is capable of growth and healing when given the right tools and support, and I strive to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and empowered.

Life’s complexities can feel stressful, but therapy offers a space where you can show up exactly as you are—with all your feelings, uncertainties, and hopes. My approach is you-centered, ensuring that each session meets you where you are. Together, we’ll identify patterns, foster self-awareness, and work toward meaningful change. Whether we’re exploring new perspectives, practicing skills to manage emotions, or sitting with life’s uncertainties, every session will honor where you are and where you want to be.

I integrate Adlerian, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and humanistic modalities to help you gain insight into your experiences, connect with your values, and develop practical skills to navigate life’s complexities. As a multicultural counselor, I also recognize the impact of cultural identity and systemic influences on your experiences. Together, we’ll explore how these factors shape your perspective and how you can use your strengths to overcome challenges. Let’s work together to build a life that feels authentic and meaningful to you.
