About Me

I am a compassionate board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner that provides evidence-based psychiatric care to my clients. I graduated with my Bachelors in Nursing from Trinity Washington University and completed my Masters in Nursing from Walden University.

I have worked in the health care industry for over 9 years providing care in the hospital setting, client’s homes, and outpatient facilities. I ensure that my clients feel heard and are apart of their treatment planning, to make sure it is realistic for their personal lifestyles. I follow up with clients progress and refer clients to specialists as needed. I work with adolescents to older adults and specialize in depression, anxiety, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and ADHD.

I believe in a simple, but effective medication regimen. I will collaborate with other members of your healthcare team to provide the best holistic care possible for you or your loved one. My goal is always to align your mental health with what you desire it to be.

During my free time, I like to read, go for walks, spend time with my 3 kids and husband.

About Temitope

Temitope Adedapo is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who is passionate about caring for patients. Providing care to both behavioral health and critical care patients in her career, she aims to provide consistent, compassionate, and competent care to her patient population. She works with patients across the lifespan who experience depression, mood disorders, ADHD, psychotic disorders, etc.

During treatment, she ensures holistic care to patients by providing active listening and culturally-sensitive care. Temitope prioritizes her patient’s well-being by addressing physical and mental issues to improve their overall wellness.

Temitope stays current with new advances in mental health treatment and therapies to best treat patients. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Bowie State University, and a Masters of Science in nursing from Walden University. Temitope is licensed in Maryland and DC to provide psychiatric services in office and telehealth.
