About Temple
Temple Price, a dedicated therapist with a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Xavier University of Louisiana and currently pursuing a doctorate in Counseling Psychology at Howard University, brings compassion and expertise to her work with adults. Temple believes in the power of connection and understanding, drawing on relational-cultural therapy and trauma-informed care to create a safe, welcoming space for healing and growth.
Her practice is centered around helping clients navigate challenges such as relationship issues, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, life transitions, and questions of racial identity. She is committed to fostering a nonjudgmental, culturally sensitive environment, allowing each client to explore their unique experiences and develop self-compassion and resilience.
Temple offers therapy both virtually and in Rockville, utilizing psychodynamic techniques along with a culturally aware approach. Outside her professional life, Temple finds joy in podcasts, museums, sewing, and concerts, all of which reflect her vibrant curiosity and empathy.
