Hello! I’m Zaynub Siddiqui, a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC) in the state of Maryland. I hold a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Johns Hopkins University.

Personally, I use a holistic approach that values each person as a whole —mind, body, and spirit. It’s my firm believe that everyone is capable of growth and healing when given the right tools and support, and I strive to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and empowered.

I integrate Adlerian, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and humanistic modalities to help you gain insight into your experiences, connect with your values, and develop practical skills to navigate life’s complexities. As a multicultural counselor, I also recognize the impact of cultural identity and systemic influences on your experiences.
