Hi! I’m Caroline.
Life can be overwhelming and exhausting; and even when it’s not, it can be helpful to have someone to talk with.
When working with me, you can expect that I will believe that you know yourself and your life circumstances best. We will work together to address your points of conflict and how we can best meet your needs working together. I use aspects of multiple therapeutic modalities, as I believe it is important to be flexible and match the techniques to the needs of each specific client. This could be aspects of CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), Motivational Interviewing, DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy), etc.
I work with people who have many different reasons for coming to therapy. Some of these include: anxiety and depression, identity formation, difficult life transitions. Some of the people I tend to work with: young adults and teens, LGBTQ+.
