I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 12 years of experience as a psychotherapist. I am dedicated to providing an emotionally safe and empowering environment where clients can explore and address the issues that brought them into counseling. I strive to work collaboratively with clients to help them identify their goals and make the changes in their lives that are meaningful to them.

I earned my Bachelor’s degree from Elizabethtown College and my Master of Social Work from the University of Maryland, Baltimore. I specialize in working with adults who struggle with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, relationship issues, life changes and transitions, grief and loss, trauma, and co-occurring mental health and substance abuse issues. I employ an integrative approach to therapy, utilizing behavioral, cognitive behavioral, humanistic an insight oriented approaches to help people reach their goals. I also work at Johns Hopkins Bayview’s Community Psychiatry Program as a therapist working with individuals with co-occurring disorders and general outpatient clients.
