About Me

Kiara Lewis is a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who specializes in the medication management of mental illness. She enjoys supporting children, teens, and adults who are struggling with mental illnesses including depression, anxiety, PTSD, and mood disorders. She views her patients as the most important member of the treatment team and strongly values their views and insight.

Kiara is originally from Birmingham, Alabama and, after living in various cities across the U.S., has planted roots in Washington, D.C. She graduated from Auburn University with a bachelors of science in nursing (War Eagle!) in 2017 and graduated from the University of Texas with a master of science in psychiatric nursing in 2020. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, cooking, college football, and reading.
