About Me
I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with over 20 years’ experience working with adults, children, adolescents, and their families. I received my graduate degree in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University and undergraduate degree in Psychology from St. Mary’s College of Maryland. I am experienced working with adults and adolescents struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties and challenging life transitions. I have additional training in child and adolescent therapy, trauma, and substance misuse.
Whatever brings you to seek therapy, I employ a trauma informed approach and seek to create a welcoming & collaborative space using evidenced-based strategies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness to help you begin your healing process and achieve your goals.
