About Me (she/her/hers)
I am an inclusive, multicultural, and gender-affirming therapist dedicated to creating a safe space for individuals navigating trauma recovery, life transitions, and identity exploration. My practice is rooted in supporting LGBTQIA+ individuals and those in non-traditional relationships, including polyamory. I have experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings, working with individuals facing acute psychiatric crises as well as those seeking long-term support for identity exploration, relationship dynamics, and emotional well-being. My work has allowed me to support clients in moments of crisis, helping them stabilize and regain a sense of emotional safety, while also guiding others through deeper, ongoing therapeutic work.
My therapeutic approach is grounded in Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I believe in a collaborative process that helps clients develop deeper emotional awareness, shift unhelpful patterns, and build resilience. Whether addressing anxiety, grief, or identity concerns, I aim to guide clients toward a more authentic and empowered sense of self.
Beyond my work, I find joy in traveling, reading, and painting—each fueling my appreciation for creativity, culture, and personal growth. My experiences abroad, including living in Denmark, have shaped my perspective and deepened my commitment to culturally responsive care. Therapy is a journey, and I’m here to walk alongside my clients as they navigate life’s complexities with greater clarity and confidence.
