Getting Started With AdvancedMD

As of February 1, 2025, Orchard Mental Health Group uses AdvancedMD as our official Electronic Health Record (EHR) platform. If you’re a first-time user of AdvancedMD, please refer to this guide on how to register your new account.

STEP 1:

ACCESS THE PORTAL

  • When you click on the [Register New Account] button below, the AdvancedMD Patient Portal* will open in a new browser tab.
  • Click on [Register], located below the sign-in form.

* = For your future convenience, we encourage you to bookmark this page on your browser.

STEP 2:

PROVIDE YOUR DETAILS

  • Please make sure the information you enter matches our records, currently (i.e. same as your OmniMD profile).**
  • If you are a parent or a guardian of a client, please enter the client’s name and the email we have on file.
  • Also, please make sure to read and agree to the Terms & Conditions before clicking on [Register] again.

** = If you would like to use a new email for the platform, you can edit your information after initial registration.

STEP 3:

CHECK YOUR EMAIL

  • If your entered details match ours, you should receive an automatic email addressed from Orchard Mental Health Group <noreply@advancedmd.com>, with the subject line: Patient Portal Account Notification.
  • On the email, click on [Create Your Account].

STEP 4:

CREATE YOUR PASSWORD

  • On the new page, you will be asked to create your password, as well as enter your (or the client’s) date of birth.
  • Again, you will have to agree to the Terms & Conditions before clicking [Register] one last time.

STEP 5:

NAVIGATING YOUR PROFILE

Welcome to the AdvancedMD platform! Accessing and managing your care has never been easier!

Through the patient portal, you can:

  • Attend your telehealth sessions
  • Securely communicate with your provider
  • View your health records and appointment details
  • Complete necessary forms and consents
  • Manage your payments
